The evacuation of individuals is related to their safety and has direct connection with demographic characteristics (Gender, Age, Noticing fire incident, Familiarity with Exit Signs). The present study has been conducted with the main purpose of achieving functional patterns of demographic characteristics in relation to Risk Perception by the individual trapped in fire in high rise office buildings, in order to reduce the hazards of fire and the increase of individual safety. Methods The method of study is of mixed-methods type, and the coefficient of determination (R2) has been achieved through the analysis SPSS 22 software via independent sample t-test and ANOVA. The scope of the study consists of eight high-rise office buildings, which are exposed to fire during the years 2011-2016 in Tehran, which consists of a population equal to 245 individuals either trapped in the fire or attempted evacuation. Discussions and Results The results show that the demographic characteristics in relation to Risk Perception by the individuals trapped in fire has the p-value [sig ≤ 0.05] and are predictable. Conclusion Finally the study presents that women, age 20-30 years, and individuals who are exactly familiar with exit signs, have the most relation to the Risk Perception. Also, in the fire floor and the whole building, the most relation to the Risk Perception belongs to individuals whose corridor noise has informed them of the fire. Educating individuals and recognizing exit signs, such as signage and siren sound, to residents of high-rise buildings can increase the Risk Perception and safety, thereby reducing the fire hazards. }, keywords = {Office high-rise building,Risk Perception (RP),Demographic Characteristics,Fire Hazards}, title_fa = {تبیین رابطۀ میان ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی و ادراک خطر به‌منظور کاهش مخاطرات آتش‌سوزی (مورد مطالعه: ساختمان‌های بلند اداری شهر تهران)}, abstract_fa = {توجه به مسئلۀ فرار افراد در هنگام مخاطرات، از نکات مهم و اساسی در طراحی ساختمان‌های بلند است. فرار افراد که به امنیت آنها نیز مربوط می‌شود، ارتباط مستقیم با ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی (جنس، سن، اطلاع از وقوع آتش‌سوزی و آشنایی با علائم خروج) دارد. این تحقیق با هدف اصلی دستیابی به رابطۀ میان مؤلفه‌های جمعیت‌شناسی با ادراک خطر افراد گرفتارشده در حریق در ساختمان‌های بلند اداری به‌منظور کاهش مخاطرات ناشی از حریق و افزایش امنیت آنها انجام پذیرفت. روش تحقیق از نوع ترکیبی بود و ضریب تعیین (R2) آن از تحلیل نرم‌افزار SPSS 22، از طریق آزمون‌های تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس به‌دست ‌آمد. دامنۀ تحقیق شامل هشت ساختمان بلند اداری در معرض حریق در بین سال‌های 1395-1390 در تهران با حجم نمونۀ 245 نفر از افرادی بود که در حریق گرفتار شده‌ یا از آن گریخته بودند. براساس نتایج این تحقیق، مؤلفه‌های جمعیت‌شناسی در ارتباط با مؤلفه‌های ادراک خطر افراد گرفتارشده در حریق دارای سطح معناداری بوده] 05/0[sig ≤  و قابل پیش‌بینی است. در نهایت مشخص شد که خانم‌ها، افراد 30-20 ساله و افرادی که علائم خروج را کاملاً می‌شناسند، بیشترین رابطه را با ادراک خطر دارند. همچنین در طبقۀ آتش و کل ساختمان بیشترین رابطه با ادراک خطر متعلق به افرادی بود که سروصدای راهرو سبب اطلاع آنها از آتش‌سوزی شد. آموزش افراد و شناساندن علائم خروج اعم از تابلوها و صدای آژیر به ساکنان ساختمان‌های بلند، سبب ارتقای ادراک خطر و امنیت جسمانی افراد و در نتیجه کاهش مخاطرات آتش‌سوزی می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {ادراک خطر,جمعیت‌شناختی,ساختمان بلند اداری,مخاطرات آتش‌سوزی}, url = {https://jhsci.ut.ac.ir/article_66372.html}, eprint = {https://jhsci.ut.ac.ir/article_66372_228f1c8e196fdb4837f9f0ebebcc29db.pdf} }
